We offer free shipping within a fifty mile radius. Outside of fifty miles, delivery by van set up for each delivery, so please contact us for a quote.

Return Policy
All sales are final once the customized items have been printed. Refunds are available as long as the item has not been printed. For the services, once the service has been completed, the sale is final. If the service has not been performed, a refund is available.

There are no sales tax on water, sales tax on other items is by where you live.

Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
