Employee Handbook

Meals

Your We Can Too Opportunity Center provides lunch and break times. We encourage employees to bring drinks and healthy, balanced meals each day. Meals are the responsibility of the employee and will not be provided by We Can Too. Bottled water and up to two cans of soda per day are available for purchase at We Can Too in the morning before work. If the temperature is above 90 degrees, each employee will be provided with one free bottle of water that day. All money collected is used to fund employee activities and outings.

Transportation

Your WCT Opportunity Center employment includes transportation to and from your home and to WCT. During transportation, all Ohio laws will be enforced and all riders must wear seat belts. For everyone's safety, the van driver must stay with the van and cannot assist people to and from their door. No food can be consumed in WCT vehicles. Any drinks brought into the vehicle must have a lid/cap. Please allow your driver 15 minutes before and after your normal pick up time. If the van is running any later, your driver will alert you by phone. If you do not come out when the van arrives, your driver will wait five minutes, honk their horn and call you to alert you they are waiting. After five minutes they will leave to get to work on time.
